Chalet located directly on the banks of the Loup River in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts in Mauricie on a plot of 80,000 square feet.

Located 1h30 from Montreal and 2 hours from Quebec, you will have peace and quiet assured. 10 minutes by car from the village of Saint-Alexis-des-Monts with grocery store, pharmacy, bank etc...

Several activities to do nearby, the Mastigouche wildlife reserve with its hundreds of lakes is a 15-minute drive away, the Nouvelle-France microbrewery, several hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking and snowmobile trails are accessible. The Vallée du Parc ski center is the closest resort to the residence.

Throughout the year, a ton of activities are at your fingertips. In the summer, 2 kayaks and a canoe with life jackets are available as well as a barbecue on the balcony (available from April to October). A swing is permanently installed to enjoy the magnificent view of the river. At all times, an outdoor fireplace is accessible. A 7-seater spa is also at your disposal all year round.

3 bedrooms on 3 floors, including one on the 2nd floor with adjoining bathroom. In total, 8 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each bedroom and 1 single bunk bed in the basement). Large living room with slow combustion fireplace and dining room. Full kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. Laundry room with washer and dryer. 3 full bathrooms.

Large garden level with wood stove, pool table, lots of board games for the whole family, 50 inch smart TV with DVD player and access to Netflix, books (novels, children's books). A large patio door gives you access to the spa.

Wi-Fi access throughout the chalet. Ideal for teleworking.

Please note that the entrance to the property is on a steep slope and in winter a 4 wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended. You can always park before the hill. We are not responsible for any costs incurred in the event that you take the risk of going downhill.
