To maintain a healthy environment for all our guests, the chalet is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Pets are not allowed inside or outside the chalet. A fee of $300, plus cleaning fees, will be charged if a pet is found to have been on the premises.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
Rates
The price is for a maximum of 6 guests in the chalet.
Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit will be required upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded after inspection, provided no damage has occurred. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
Cleaning
Housekeeping service is included at the end of each stay.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before your stay: 25% of the total cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Between 15 and 30 days before your stay: 50% of the total cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days before your stay: The full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the case of cancellation due to major circumstances such as death or illness, a refund may be arranged upon presentation of written proof.
