The chalet can accommodate a maximum of four (4) people. One closed bedroom and another on the mezzanine, equipped with new queen mattresses.
Rental is reserved for adults aged 25 and over, and pets are not allowed. Non-smoking environment.

Take a dip in the clear, shallow water of the river if you feel like it. Spend unforgettable evenings, comfortably seated in front of the outdoor fireplace, enjoying marshmallows and observing the myriad of stars (and sometimes shooting stars!) in the backdrop of a sky without light pollution.
Location Located in Lac-aux-Sables, which is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, La cachette en Mauricie is located in the Mékinac MRC, just a few kilometers from the magnificent Lac aux Sables (beach and swimming) and close to Zec Tawachiche, Golf St-Rémi (18 holes) and Quad and ATV trails. Lac-aux-Sables is also less than 30 minutes from Saint-Tite and Mont Otis.

The rental cost is established in Canadian currency, taxes included. Added to this is the 3.5% accommodation tax.
Half (50%) of the rental cost plus the accommodation tax is required when booking. The balance of the rental is payable thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the stay.
When the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.
A security deposit of $500 will be required the day before your arrival. In the event of breakage or theft, uncleanliness in the chalet or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, partial or complete, may be withheld without notice. If everything is in compliance, the security deposit will be released within three days following your departure, after verification of the premises by the maintenance department.
Arrival time: 4 p.m. Departure time: 11 a.m.
If the cancellation notice is received more than 31 days before the start date of the stay, the 50% deposit will be retained by the owner as damages. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the date of the stay, all sums collected will be kept by the owner as damages.
Rental is reserved for adults aged 25 and over. Animals are strictly prohibited, regardless of their size. According to municipal regulations, the chalet can accommodate a maximum of four (4) people.
Smoking is prohibited in the chalet (cigarettes, drugs or others).
