To book, the tenant must be 30 years of age or over and accept the terms and conditions of the rental agreement that will be sent to you.
Reservation for 10 people maximum. An additional charge of $ 50 per additional person, per day, is applicable.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required when booking. This deposit is paid by bank transfer card or by check. Of this amount, 20% of the total balance is a deposit and will not be refundable in the event of cancellation.
The full balance of the rental amount must be paid thirty (30) days before the date of occupancy. Cancellation within more than (30) days of the occupancy date is refundable with the exception of the deposit amount.
No cancellation is refundable within thirty (30) days of the date of occupancy.
Subletting is strictly prohibited.
