Built in around 1800, this house has been renovated to improve comfort while respecting the ancestral character: Air conditioning, very inviting high-end bathroom with clawfoot tub and heated floor.
Spacious house that can accommodate up to 35 guests for a warm reception. The dining room is majestic. The caterer can also enjoy a full kitchen.
The house is decorated with superb antique furniture. It offers four (4) rooms that can accommodate up to 15 vacationers in complete comfort. The master bedroom is grand, decorated with carved oak furniture and a private sink.
Large lot with majestic trees. Maple trees over a hundred years old are splendid in the fall. The courtyard can also accommodate a marquee for larger receptions
The large outdoor terrace offers a fireplace, a BBQ and a SPA.

Rate : Rental of the whole house (up to 15 people): The rate is $ 450 / night minimum two nights, 5 days / $ 2100, full week 7 days / $ 2800. The 3.5% lodging tax is extra. We ask for a security deposit of $ 300 which will be refunded upon your departure after verification of the premises. Rental in full is payable on arrival (cash / Interac preferably otherwise by credit card with 3% processing fee). You can cancel without penalty up to 15 days before your stay and your security deposit will be refunded. After this period, 30% of the stay will be retained from the security deposit.
Meeting, reception or event for up to 25 people seated inside and a hundred outside: Enchanting site for work meetings on weekdays and during the day (without sleeping). It is also possible to rent for a reception or an event. You can use: large screen, wifi, tables, chairs, tablecloths, crockery, utensils, coffee maker, terrace, landscape. For larger events, it is possible to set up a marquee on the yard. Price to be discussed.
