Chalet Vue sur le lac is south facing and has beautiful lake, mountain and golf course views. Blessed with all of nature's bounty, our residents and vacationers alike will enjoy warm summer breezes, the magnificent color of the fall palette, the spectacle of spring flowers, skiing in the winter on the Eastern North America's highest mountain peak and a plethora of year round activities.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is a fantastic social space with floor to ceiling cathedral windows and a fabulous log - burning fireplace. This property also has a hot tub on the deck and games room with Cable TV and pool table on the ground floor.

Reservation deposit:
A reservation deposit of 50% before tax will be required at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been authorized, your confirmation letter and invoice showing your reference number will be forwarded.
The balance of your invoice is due 14 day's prior to your arrival.
LIABILITY INSURANCE:
A non-refundable liability insurance fee of 50$ + taxes will be charged. This will cover up to a maximum of 500$ of ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
ALL DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE VALUE OF 500$ WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE/USED FOR THE RESERVATION.
Security deposit: A pre-authorization deposit of $750 is required the date of your arrival and release after the inspection of the chalet.
No reservation under 25 years old.
