The payment terms are as follows:
A deposit of 30% upon signing the contract, with the balance payable 60 days before the arrival date by Interac e-Transfer.
Any cancellation must be communicated to the Owner in advance.
The Tenant may cancel this contract up to 60 days before the scheduled start date of the rental and receive a refund of 50% of the initial deposit amount.
If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start of the rental, the total amount of the contract (including the deposit and the balance) will be fully forfeited, unless the Owner successfully re-rents the house for the same dates specified in the contract.
