The Discovery is a majestic property located at Estate 46° North, approximately 20 minutes from Mont-Tremblant. This magnificent log cabin with spa is located on a large landscaped and wooded lot for maximum privacy.
Built on 2 floors with cathedral ceiling and mezzanine, this establishment contains 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. You will have access to 4 full bathrooms + 1 powder room as well as washer-dryer.
On the ground floor, the huge windows illuminate the open air space and offer a breathtaking view of the landscape. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a spacious dining room with a solid wood table and a living room with an imposing wood-burning fireplace and bench seat to enhance your cool days. A smart TV and wifi is also offered.
Outside is a heated garage and a magnificent covered terrace with BBQ, spa and fireplace. Located a few steps away from Lake Mitchell, you will have access to the common dock and boats such as pedalos, kayaks, canoes, rowboats and paddleboards.
In the summer season (June 1-September 30), it is possible to obtain access to the common inground pool/spa, indoor sauna and mini gym located at the Club House at a cost of $1,000/month for your group.
Estate 46 North offers the best of both worlds; proximity to the resort and the village of Mont-Tremblant, while staying in a secluded area surrounded by nature. In order to improve the customer experience, we do not accept any short-term rentals such as AirBNB.
You can also enjoy several outdoor activities in the Tremblant region:

TERMS
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be due at the time of booking. The balance is due 5 days before your arrival.
- A deposit of $1000 will be retained and will be refunded to you maximum 5 days following your departure
- Proof of tenant insurance must be provided
RESTRICTIONS
- Firewood is excluded and only ecological logs can be used. A package of 4 starter logs will be provided to you in the winter season and it is possible to obtain packages of 6 logs at a cost of $30 on order
