The newly constructed cottage Apache, is a 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 3,270 Sq. ft. chalet that can comfortably sleep 18.

The home is spread out over 3 floors. This rental contains a upper level which has 2 en suite bedrooms (one queen and the other 2 singles) connecting to one full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The main level has one bedroom (king) with a private full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the main level. On the upper level 1 queen and 2 singles. On the bottom level of the cottage there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a private full bathroom, the other has 2 single beds, another has ,a bunk bed that sleeps 4 and one room with two double size beds.

Reservation deposit:

A reservation deposit of 50% before tax will be required at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been authorized, your confirmation letter and invoice showing your reference number will be forwarded.

The balance of your invoice is due 14 day's prior to your arrival.

LIABILITY INSURANCE:

A non-refundable liability insurance fee of 50$ + taxes will be charged. This will cover up to a maximum of 500$ of ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

ALL DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE VALUE OF 500$ WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE/USED FOR THE RESERVATION.

Security deposit:
A pre-authorization deposit of $750 is required the date of your arrival and release after the inspection of the chalet.

No reservation under 25 years old.
