The Sérénité is a 5-bedroom, 3 bath home that is tucked away in one of the region's most beautiful landscapes. The Sérénité can accommodate 10 to 12 people with 2 king size beds, 1 queen, 4 single beds and a pull-out sofa. Downstairs, you will find a large family room with pool table and TV entertainment centre.

Take advantage of magnificent vistas that can be seen from its 270 degree viewing patio deck while you soak away the stress of city life in the outdoor hot tub. In the summer, enjoy peaceful lakeside living while swimming, fishing or just enjoying the sun's rays.

Reservation deposit:

A reservation deposit of 50% before tax will be required at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been authorized, your confirmation letter and invoice showing your reference number will be forwarded.

The balance of your invoice is due 14 day's prior to your arrival.

LIABILITY INSURANCE:

A non-refundable liability insurance fee of 50$ + taxes will be charged. This will cover up to a maximum of 500$ of ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

ALL DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE VALUE OF 500$ WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE/USED FOR THE RESERVATION.

Security deposit:
A pre-authorization deposit of $750 is required the date of your arrival and release after the inspection of the chalet.
