The outdoor hot tub accommodates 6, and a private dock with kayaks is just steps away. A short distance from Labelle marina, this home permits private boat docking for the duration of your stay. Propane barbeque, outdoor fire pit, lots of green space, and plenty of parking makes this home the ideal location for your next getaway!

Reservation deposit:
A reservation deposit of 50% before tax will be required at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been authorized, your confirmation letter and invoice showing your reference number will be forwarded.
The balance of your invoice is due 14 day's prior to your arrival.
LIABILITY INSURANCE:
A non-refundable liability insurance fee of 50$ + taxes will be charged. This will cover up to a maximum of 500$ of ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
ALL DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE VALUE OF 500$ WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE/USED FOR THE RESERVATION.
Security deposit: A pre-authorization deposit of $750 is required the date of your arrival and release after the inspection of the chalet.
