Le Prestigieux is a fully equipped chalet that can accommodate 12 people very comfortably.

Directly on the lakeside of the Royal Laurentien golf club.

Composed of 5 bedrooms with 6 king beds, the chalet includes bedding, towels.

3 complete bathrooms.

Unlimited WIFI internet, pool table, foosball table, BBQ (gaz include), 2 giants screens (65 inches), private spa open year round, indoor and outdoor fireplace. Washer-dryer, dishwasher, 1 high chair.

5 Wall-mounted air conditioning.

Private beach, private dock.

Bedrooms: 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms, with 1 king bed each. A large bedroom with 2 king beds.

Ground floor, we find 1 bedroom, with 1 king bed.

Garden level, you will find 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed each.

1 complete bathroom per level.

Just for you: private beach and 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and 8 life jackets. (available May 15 to October 15).

We are located directly on the shores of the Royal Laurentien golf course, 10 minutes from Sainte-Agathe and 20 minutes from Tremblant.

$$$ You can also hire snowshoes, bikes, snowmobiles close to the golf clubhouse. ($) fees apply.

Activities: We are directly on the prestigious golf club: Royal Laurentien and close to the golf courses of Tremblant.

The cottage is close to many ski resorts, Mont Blanc (10 min.), Mont-Tremblant (20 min.), Ávila, Saint-Sauveur, capita (20 min.).

No rental from Saturday, otherwise you will be charged the full weekend price.

Payments and security deposit are as follows:

Photo of driver's license and or valid passport with photo (obligatory, otherwise we will refuse the rental).

Only a signature of the contract and a deposit will confirm your reservation.

A deposit of 30% payable on reservation (30 days and more).

Full payment (100%, 30 days and less).

A security deposit is required 7 days prior to the booking date and will be returned within 7 days of the rental end date after cottage inspection ($2000.00).

Policy of refund:

30 days and more: 100% refund

30 days or less: a full refund will be made (100% of the total cost of the stay), if we were able to re-rent the period on the same dates and same price, which had originally been rented. (otherwise we will keep the difference or the full payment).

30 days or less: no refund.

If we have not been able to re-let the period initially reserved, the stay is payable in full.
