Le Prestigieux is a fully equipped chalet that can accommodate 12 people very comfortably.
Directly on the lakeside of the Royal Laurentien golf club.
Composed of 5 bedrooms with 6 king beds, the chalet includes bedding, towels.
3 complete bathrooms.
Unlimited WIFI internet, pool table, foosball table, BBQ (gaz include), 2 giants screens, private spa open year round, indoor and outdoor fireplace.
5 Wall-mounted air conditioning.
Private beach, private dock.
Bedrooms: 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms, with 1 king bed each. A large bedroom with 2 king beds.
Ground floor, we find 1 bedroom, with 1 king bed.
Garden level, you will find 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed each.
1 complete bathroom per level.
Just for you: private beach and 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and 8 life jackets. (available May 15 to October 15).
We are located directly on the shores of the Royal Laurentien golf course, 10 minutes from Sainte-Agathe and 20 minutes from Tremblant.

You are entitled to the recreation center, (chalet # 207, Allée du Chalet Royal).

Heated inground pool, volleyball court, children's module, beach, hiking trails, bike path (petit train du nord), tennis court.
Outdoor skating rink with hockey boards and nets, cross-country ski and snowshoe trails.
$$$ You can also hire snowshoes, hockey, snowmobiles close to the golf clubhouse. ($) fees apply.
Activities: We are directly on the prestigious golf club: Royal Laurentien and close to the golf courses of Tremblant.
The cottage is close to many ski resorts, Mont Blanc (10 min.), Mont-Tremblant (20 min.), Ávila, Saint-Sauveur, capita (20 min.).

The chalet is not a reception hall.
No excessive partying
12 people at all times on the ground or inside the chalet

Fireworks prohibited
If complaint to the police, immediate expulsion.
No minor (-18 years) accepted except in the presence of one of his parents.
No rental from Saturday, otherwise you will be charged the full weekend price.

Arrival: 17 h 00 or depending on availability at the time.

Departure: 11 h 00 or depending on availability at the time.
Payments and security deposit are as follows:
Cash, Interac Transfer, Credit Cards via Paypal.
Photo of driver's license and or valid passport with photo (obligatory, otherwise we will refuse the rental).
Only a signature of the contract and a deposit will confirm your reservation.
A deposit of 30% payable on reservation (30 days and more).
Full payment (100%, 30 days and less).
A security deposit is required 7 days prior to the booking date and will be returned within 7 days of the rental end date after cottage inspection ($2000.00).
Policy of refund:
30 days and more: 100% refund
30 days or less: a full refund will be made (100% of the total cost of the stay), if we were able to re-rent the period on the same dates and same price, which had originally been rented. (otherwise we will keep the difference or the full payment).
30 days or less: no refund.
If we have not been able to re-let the period initially reserved, the stay is payable in full.
