Beautiful cottage on the shores of the majestic Lake Saint. Joseph, located in the city of Saint-Adolphe d'Howard in the Laurentians.

This chalet of three floors offers a spa, windows and an incredible view of the lake. Undoubtedly, you tighten charmed.

This cottage has 3 closed bedrooms.

In the second floor, there is one room with 2 queen beds, convenient for families, private bathroom and walk-in.

The ground-garden, we find 2 bedrooms, the first with 1 queen bed, 2nd with 1 queen bed.

There is a living room and a games room.

There is a bath complèete room per floor.

Bedding and towels are provided to accommodate 8 people.

We offer a full kitchen.

A private spa open all year with a view breathtaking is arranged on the outside balcony of the second floor.

Private beach and dock.

To brighten your day, we have 2 kayaks, paddle boat 1 and 2 paddles board (8 jackets, standard size of floats are available).

Indoor and outdoor fireplace is available to you.

Included in rental: giant 50-inch screen, table football, BBQ, unlimited Internet wireless (wi-fi), washer-dryer, dishwasher, central vacuum, kitchen table seating 8 people and a table with outer umbrella.

St. Joseph Lake is an inland lake (licensed motor boat) and you can rent motorized boats. You can update your personal water craft but make sure to have your permit from the city.

A private dock in front of the cottage is available to you to dock your boat. For swimming, there is a nice little beach (ideal for children).

The chalet is equipped with a central air conditionning-heating system, therefore, summer and winter, the temperature is ideal.

We have a large play area on the ground for children, do not forget to bring your games.

No rental from Saturday, otherwise you will be charged the full weekend price.

Arrival: 17 h 00 or depending on availability at the time.
Departure: 11 h 00 or depending on availability at the time.

Payments and security deposit are as follows:

Interac Transfer, Credit Cards via Paypal.

Photo of driver's license and or valid passport with photo (obligatory, otherwise we will refuse the rental).

Only a signature of the contract and a deposit will confirm your reservation.

A deposit of 30% payable on reservation (30 days and more).

Full payment (100%, 30 days and less).

A security deposit is required 7 days prior to the booking date and will be returned within 7 days of the rental end date after cottage inspection ($1000.00).

Policy of refund:

30 days and more: 100% refund

30 days or less: a full refund will be made (100% of the total cost of the stay), if we were able to re-rent the period on the same dates and same price, which had originally been rented. (otherwise we will keep the difference or the full payment).

60 days or less: no refund.

If we have not been able to re-let the period initially reserved, the stay is payable in full.
