The cottage can host up to 10 people comfortably with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

It includes 5 King beds and everything is included: beddings, towels, private spa open year round, BBQ (gaz included), high-speed Wi-Fi illimited, 2 giants screens 55 inches, baby-foot table and an indoor gas fireplace and outdoor wood fireplace. Washer-dryer, dishwasher, 1 high chair.

Wall-mounted heat pump air conditioning.

Private beach, private dock.

Outdoor terrace.

Ground floor, we find 1 master suit, with 1 king bed. (private bathroom).

Garden level, you will find 2 bedrooms with 1 King bed each.

2nd floor, there are 1 bedrooms, with 2 King beds. (bathroom).

1 complete bathroom per level.

You will also find: your private beach, private dock: 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards (SUP) and 8 life-jackets. (available from May 15th to October 15th).

We are waterfront of the lake of the Royal Laurentien golf, 10 minutes from Sainte-Agathe and 20 minutes from Tremblant.

Payments and security deposit are as follows:

Photo of driver's license and or valid passport with photo (obligatory, otherwise we will refuse the rental).

Only a signature of the contract and a deposit will confirm your reservation.

A deposit of 30% payable on reservation (30 days and more).

Full payment (100%, 30 days and less).

A security deposit is required 7 days prior to the booking date and will be returned within 7 days of the rental end date after cottage inspection ($1000.00).

Policy of refund:

30 days and more: 100% refund

30 days or less: a full refund will be made (100% of the total cost of the stay), if we were able to re-rent the period on the same dates and same price, which had originally been rented. (otherwise we will keep the difference or the full payment).

30 days or less: no refund.

If we have not been able to re-let the period initially reserved, the stay is payable in full.
