Very large 5 ½ of over 1800 square feet with three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double bunk), 1 full bathroom and 1 powder room. Wood fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen in an open common area with living room and dining room. Internet access, Bell express view and board games. Ideal for 7 people
Nearly all services. Two minutes from the municipal beach of Lac Carré (swimming), Mont Blanc (downhill skiing), the P'tit train du Nord linear park (cycling, cross-country skiing, etc.) and the Eco Laurentides Park (hiking) . 10 minutes of scenic drive to Mont-Tremblant along Lac Supérieur.

Rental options:
- Monthly, 32 days continuously price varying according to the month
- In the season (stays of more than 3 months in summer and 4 months in winter)
- Season rental price: $ 2000 / month to 2500/month for 4-month rental)
- Month of December with Christmas $ 3000 (November 25 to December 27)
- Month January with New Year's Day 3000 $ (December 27 to January 30)
- A security deposit will be requested at the time of booking and will be returned at the end of the rental after checking the condition of the house.

A 50% deposit is required to make a menuselle reservation. The balance is due upon arrival at the chalet. We accept interact transfers or cash.
A deposit of $ 2000 is required for a seasonal reservation, this amount will be deducted from the last payment.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $ 500 will be required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you in full if no damage has been found.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund 100% of your deposit. After this period, no refund will be granted.
