Terms and conditions of rent:

• 50 % of the cost of the rent is asked to confirm the reservation. (+ 3 % if  paid via PayPal). A $500 damaged deposit  is asked.
• Policy of cancellation: until 55 days, no penalty , 55 in 40 days $200, 40 days and less, loss total of the deposit
• The departure during your stay is not refundable.
• The arrival will be made from 16hrs and must be released at noon the day of departure planned according to the reservation. (If no tenant occupies the chalet, it will be possible, to arrive earlier or leave later, svp verify with me before)
• The tenant makes a commitment to make good use of the chalet and his contents, in particular by taking care of not damaging places and by respecting the right of the other residents for a peaceful environment.
•  A domestic service is offered to the $60 cost (Please  inform me if demand(request)
• Naturally the normal use is not considered.
• The number of occupants cannot exceed six ( 6 )
