Welcome to the “spa house”, this haven of peace in the mountains. Our recently constructed log cabin offers indoor fireplace, sauna, spa, games, Pacman machine, table shuffleboard, and billiards. Enjoy swimming at Lake Superior and the proximity of the Versant Nord (8KM) to the SKI station and the Mont-Tremblant national park (Sepaq). Relax in a warm atmosphere and enjoy unforgettable moments in the heart of nature.
Here are some of the highlights of the sector in our magnificent region that you can discover during your stay: At Lac Supérieure, you will find the Sepaq du Mont-Tremblant National Park, a true paradise for nature lovers. Take the opportunity to swim and cool off on hot summer days. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the numerous mountain trails offering breathtaking panoramic views. For thrill-seekers, you can also rent boats to explore the lake at your own pace.

Rules have been established to preserve the quality of your stay and that of other tenants.
Maximum of 12 people. The city does not allow a higher number.
We do not allow loud parties and fireworks
No pets allowed.
Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises. SPA AND DRY SAUNA
It is not recommended to do a SPA alone.
Never leave children alone in the hot tub.
Never allow children to open the hot tub cover, or handle the screen or cleaning products
Access to the spa is reserved for people without health problems. For women who are more than 3 months pregnant, the sauna is prohibited, it can be detrimental to the fetus.
In order to maintain good hygiene, it is mandatory to shower with soapy water before use
Do not use hard dishes, glass or glass bottles around and in the hot tub. Only the use of plastic cans and cups (available in the kitchen) is allowed
The water in the hot tub is tested before each rental and should be left as clean as when you arrived. If it is necessary to change the spa water following your stay, a fee of $250 will be retained from the security deposit. Any breakage or damage to the spa will incur additional charges which will be deducted from the security deposit
We have taken steps to enforce these rules, such as installing outdoor surveillance cameras pointing to the parking lot and noise detectors (decibels), as well as a security guard who regularly travels the area.
If these rules are not respected, we reserve the right of immediate eviction without refund***.
The renter is responsible for the rented cottage and its contents. In addition, it assumes full responsibility for those to whom it grants access.
The renter must be at least 21 years old.
Under no circumstances will the landlord be held responsible for any damages, losses or thefts suffered by the renter and their guests.
It is forbidden to use a loudspeaker or amplifier other than those provided for this purpose.
The time the lights go out is 11 p.m. at most
Bedding and towels are provided for reasonable use. A washer and dryer are available to the tenant
A minimum amount of soap and cleaning products is available to the tenant, any excess will be at the tenant's expense
A complete cleaning of the property is included in the rental cost and will be done at the end of the stay only.
That said, the renter agrees to keep the premises in a reasonable state of cleanliness, including taking out the garbage, leaving the kitchen clean and leaving the dishwasher before leaving otherwise they will be subject to a surcharge
Only electric fondue pots are allowed (2 electric fondue pots are at your disposal).
Breakages and damages must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
The rental rate includes snow removal service and abrasive application on the road and parking lot.
Although the landlord has taken all reasonable steps to make it safe and easily accessible, the tenant must understand that the cottage may be located in mountainous terrain and that Quebec is a northern country. Therefore, he assumes full responsibility. Under no circumstances will the landlord be held responsible for problems related to the land or weather conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, the condition of roads, trails or crossings, and pedestrian access. Any injury as a result of a fall or any other accident or damage to vehicles will be the responsibility of the renter
Any vehicle repairs will be at the renter's expense
During the rental period, any damage not attributable to normal wear and tear caused by the tenant to the building, furniture, equipment, fixtures or grounds will be the responsibility of the tenant. In such a case, reasonable expenses equivalent to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property will be required.
By-law Respecting Outdoor Fires:
It is permitted to make a fire in the open air and ONLY in the area provided for in this section.
The fire must be under the constant supervision of the tenant and this person must be at least 21 years old
The supervisor is responsible for the fire and must be prepared to take the necessary and appropriate action to maintain control and extinguish it before leaving the premises.

The height of the fire should not exceed one meter (1m) or 3 feet (3').
It is forbidden to make an open air fire:
When municipal, provincial or federal authorities prohibit outdoor fires. It is the tenant's responsibility to make the necessary checks, before any lighting.
On days when the wind speed exceeds twenty kilometers per hour (20Km/h).
It is strictly forbidden to burn sources other than firewood and/or tree branches.
It is forbidden to feed or maintain a fire with an accelerator. The municipality reserves the right to immediately extinguish any fire, if it believes that smoke, embers or sparks are inconveniencing the neighbourhood, if a complaint has been filed with the municipality, or if it considers that there is a risk to the safety of persons or the integrity of nearby property.
