It is equipped with a massive stone fireplace for an atmospheric fire and a wall-mounted heat pump. This room, closed with vertical blinds and French doors with frosted glass, can occasionally be used as a bedroom. The gallery that surrounds it is covered with a roof on the northwest side and takes the form of a patio on the east side with a rustic six-sided wooden table that can accommodate 12 people. Barbecue on a large gallery on the kitchen side. Grassy terrace with swing facing each other, outdoor fireplace surrounded by garden chairs for evenings under the stars.

The service cellar is equipped with a high-performance drinking water purifier and offers storage space.

A small summer cottage, insulated for the winter, can accommodate a family. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for 4 to 6 people, a bathroom with toilet, a small closed bedroom containing a bunk bed for three people, a living room that can be converted into a bedroom.
