Rates and regulations
For rental, the rent is payable as follows:
When booking, 50% of the amount at the signing of this lease (transfer Interac, money order or certified check).
The balance will be payable 30 days before the rental date; otherwise the owner will suspend booking and deliver the available period.
At that time, the reservation will become void and the deposit will retain in full.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival are payable in full and not refundable if case of cancellation.
For cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date, the owner will refund 100% of the booking deposit.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the owner will refund 50% of the booking deposit.
Deposit for damages
In addition to the booking amount, another $500.00 will be charged as security deposit and must be paid by Interac transfer 7 days prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant 7 days after the end of the rental period after inspection of the premises to the satisfaction of the landlord
Failure to comply with this within the specified time, this lease will be canceled without further notice.
