Cleaning fee: an additional cleaning fee of $125 per stay will be added.

All our prices include: bedding, basic amenities (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.), propane gas for the BBQ, wood for the wood stove and outdoor fireplace and snow removal.

Reservations: 50% of the rental amount is payable when booking the chalet. The balance of payment is payable 30 days before the arrival date.

Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.

Method of payment: Interac e-Transfer by email.

Security deposit: A security deposit of $250 will be required before your arrival, by Interac e-Transfer. (To cover the costs in case of a major breach or if the premises are left in a condition deemed not clean). This deposit will be given to you after inspection of the premises (during the week following your departure).

Cancellation:

• Full refund for a cancellation made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• Refund of 50% of the nights with taxes and cleaning fee for a cancellation made between 8 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• Refund of cleaning fees only (if paid) for a cancellation made 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date.
