Superb wooden chalet located directly on the Nominingue lake' shores to rent for the winter season from November 1, 2024 (with possibility of extension, to be discussed)!
This fully furnished chalet has three very well equipped floors that offer a breathtaking view of the magnificent Nominingue Lake with its sunsets accompanied by its infinite pink sky and its flights of geese. You will also be able to admire beautiful families of deer coming in our peace of heaven.
On the first floor, you can enjoy a very large kitchen with all the high-end amenities you will need (very large custom-made and built-in fridge and freezer, high-end built-in Italian coffee machine, gas stove, a multitude of kitchen items, etc.) as well as a super large kitchen island that will inspire you to cook your best meals with your family or have lunch on the go while contemplating the first rays of sunshine before a day of skiing. A beautiful dining room with a large table awaits you to accommodate all your guests. A warm and comfortable living room will allow you to relax by a fire at the end of the evening while listening to your favorite music. Everything is open concept. A bathroom is also available.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms are available. The first with a European king bed, the second with a queen bed and the third is the master bedroom. This one is very spacious with its large queen bed, its full bathroom with its whirlpool bath and all also giving a view of the lake. Lots of storage is available in each of the bedrooms and in the hallway.
In the basement, the playground awaits you! You will have access to a beautiful room with a pool table and a cellar. A small training area is also available. A bathroom with shower as well as a washer/dryer area is also found in the basement.
All of this is on a large lot surrounded by mature trees and magnificent pines. An impressive gazebo that can accommodate up to twenty people is also on our land, so you can enjoy a little aperitif by the fire in it! You have private access to the lake. It is possible to skate, snowshoe or cross-country ski when the lake is frozen. You will also have a pergola with a small gas fireplace at your disposal. Please note that this cottage has a very large spa (12x18) under the pergola. The spa is closed for now, but if you wish to use it, we will be happy to have it opened for an additional opening and use fee.
The cottage is located between the villages of Nominingue and Rivière Rouge. It is located 10 minutes from each village and therefore from grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, hospital, etc. You will be at 50 minutes from Mont-Laurier and 35 minutes from Mont-Tremblant. The Petit Train du Nord for walks, ski-doo, etc. is a few minutes from the cottage.
Minimum rental of 32 days, price to be discussed if you wish to rent it only for the month of December. Our beautiful and cozy chalet as well as its enchanting place will charm you from the first glance! We are available for any questions!
