Cottage for rent on the shores of Lac Caché in the Laurentians for periods of 31 days or more. At the end of a dead end street. Surrounded by forest. Superb view of Mont-Tremblant National Park on the other side of the lake.
You will have access to the pedal boat, canoe and kayaks on site. Swimming is possible from the dock. Outdoor fireplace at the front of the house. In winter, children can slide with saucers in the yard.
There is a wood-burning fireplace and a bluray player in the living room. A babyfoot table is also on site to enhance your evening. An arcade machine is there too.
The veranda offers you a very intimate and relaxing living space with a view of the forest and the lake. Patio set, bbq and a hanging chair to relax. Several deers are also walking in the nearby forest. A climbing rope for children has been installed outside near the veranda.
Residential telephone on site for your needs.
Internet is provided on site, 50mbps with Disney +, Amazon Prime.
There are 3 bedrooms on site:
1st: 1 Queen bed and 1 futon
2nd: 1 Queen bed
3rd: 1 single + double bunk bed
There is also a sofa bed in the living room if needed.
The chalet is equipped with a full bathroom and a powder room.
At the time of booking, the tenant must make an Interact transfer of a deposit equivalent to [50%] of the Total Cost. The reservation will be confirmed at the time the receipt of the deposit is received.
For any reservation made less than 7 days before the date of occupancy, the Lessor will receive the entire "Total Cost" by Interact transfer by the Renter at the time of booking. The reservation will be confirmed when the receipt of the Total Cost has been received and completed.
At the same time as the final payment, the Lessor will add an amount of [$ 800.00] to the rental cost as a security deposit. This security deposit may be used to compensate the Lessor for any damage caused by the Renter to the Leased Premises. This security deposit will be refunded at the latest [four (4) days] after the end of the stay.
One week before the date of occupancy, the Tenant must pay the balance of the " Total Cost " by Interact transfer.
