Located in the Upper Laurentians in Mont-Laurier, the chalet can accommodate 12 people (4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - 1 bathroom per bedroom). Amenities include 2 wood stoves, BBQ, 7 TVs with satellite, outdoor fireplace. The chalet's water is potable and tastes great. Large terrace. Access to kayaks, a pedal boat, and a canoe. Access to snowmobile, ATV, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing trails leading to the back of the sports center.

• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 30 days away.
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
• No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
• Full refund with a $500 administrative fee if the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date and we successfully re-rent the chalet.

*To preserve the ecosystem and beauty of the lake, motorized boats from other lakes are prohibited. We ask our guests to respect the noise ordinances of the city of Chute-Saint-Philippe. For more information, contact the host. References are required for group rentals for individuals aged 18 to 28. If the police are called for noise complaints and the owner is fined, the fine will be charged to the renter.
