a) Noise over 45 decibels is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. at the property boundary.
b) Noise over 60 decibels is prohibited between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. at the property boundary.
c) No pets allowed.
d) Guests must respect property boundaries.
e) To protect the lake's ecosystem, motorboats from other lakes are not allowed.
