In addition to having a fantastic view, you can enjoy a variety of water sports right from your dock (kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boats). In the morning, have your coffee by the lake. In the evening, when the sky is clear, you can admire the stars by the fire.
A private dock is available at Lake Rochon. At Domaine du Grand Chevreuil, race down mountain bike trails or mountain biking paths. Bring your aperitif for a forest walk to admire the waterfalls and relax.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 30 days away.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
- Full refund with a $500 administrative fee if the cancellation is made 30 days before the arrival date and we successfully re-rent the chalet.
*To preserve the ecosystem and beauty of the lake, motorized boats from other lakes are prohibited. We ask our guests to respect the noise regulations of the city of Chute-Saint-Philippe. References are required for group rentals for individuals aged 18 to 28. If the police are called for noise complaints and the owner is fined, the fine will be charged to the renter.
