Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the arrival date is at least 30 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
Full refund with a $500 administrative fee if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival date, but we are able to rent the cottage.
