We ask our guests to respect the regulations of the municipality of Chute-Saint-Philippe regarding noise disturbances. For more information, please contact the host. References are required for group rentals for individuals aged 18 to 28 years. If the police are called for noise disturbances and the owner is fined, the cost will be charged to the tenant.
a) Any noise emitted between 10 PM and 7 AM the following day, with an intensity of 45 decibels or more, at the boundary of the property from which the noise originates, is prohibited;
b) Any noise emitted between 7 AM and 10 PM, with an intensity of 60 decibels or more, at the boundary of the property from which the noise originates, is prohibited;
c) No pets are allowed;
d) Property boundaries must be respected.
e) To preserve the ecosystem and the beauty of the lake, motorboats from other lakes are prohibited.
