Magnificent unique architectural home designed and built by the sculptor Robert Lachance. This vast and beautiful chalet can accommodate up to 10 people (Rate according to number of persons). The house has 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms with shower, one with bath. The modern kitchen, the large dinning-room and the living-room are all combined in one giant open area on the ground floor. The floor below houses a large living room with a pool table. There are 2 HD TVs, one 50'' and one 42''in the living-rooms. A balcony-terrace is home to the BBQ.

Private outdoor spa for year-round use and private heated swimming pool in summer.

Regardless of the climate, you'll enjoy the private, year-round outdoor spa.

The house is located in a 3 acres estate atop the highest mountain in Val-David where the views are breathtaking! Bordering the Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park with its 1 900 acres of Crown land, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking and mountain climbing literally start in the backyard. The village of Val-David with all amenities is 5 minutes by car.

For the following activities, you will have the choice, because they are practised very close to the village: swimming at the Lake Raymond (10 minutes by car) or at the Lake des Sables at Ste-Agathe (15 minutes), Alpine skiing at Vallée Bleue (5 minutes), at Belle-Neige (10 minutes), at Mont Blanc (20 minutes), at St-Sauveur (20 minutes), at Mont Tremblant (30 minutes), bike ( Trail of the P'tit Train du Nord at 5 minutes ) , climbing, canoeing, kayaking, golf, fishing (also on ice) , horseback riding , Zip Line , dog sledding , snowmobiling , Santa Claus Village, Amusement Park Au pays des merveilles, waterslide or tubes, etc.
