1h15 from Montreal, in close proximity to Ésterel, Entrelacs, and Sainte-Adèle, as well as St. Sauveur and Ste. Agathe villages.
This home has been totally renovated over the last 18 months, sparing no attention to detail.

The house features an open-concept main floor living room, dining room and kitchen, with additional living space on a second-story mezzanine, as well as 4 closed bedrooms, including a main floor primary bedroom with king sized bed, wall-to wall built in closets, and an ensuite bathroom, a second main floor bedroom with a single bed that can pull out to a king, a second primary bedroom in the basement with king size bed, and a second basement bedroom with two double beds. An additional bathroom with an oversized shower and two sinks, laundry room, and a comfortable walk-out den complete the basement.
Fill your fall and winter days with nature's never-ending abundance of activities, skating, tobogganing and snowshoeing on the property and local trails and lakes, at the ski-hills close-by, or curling up with a good book on the 2nd floor mezzanine with nature as your backdrop.
Evenings can be spent watching your favourite streaming services on our 4K 120” projector, a bowl of popcorn on your lap, while feeling the warmth of the roaring wood-burning fire...
Additional features of this property include a level 2 electric car charger, a massive deck overlooking the enormous lawn, a 4 sided indoor glass fireplace visible from the entire main floor including the master bedroom, a screened in porch living and dining room, an outdoor fire-place, beautiful crystal-clear lake and brand-new dock, BBQ and high-speed internet.
All utilities, including internet, electricity, and snow-removal included in the rental price.
Cleaning fees are additional and must be booked weekly or every two-weeks depending on the length of the stay.

- Pricing does not include cleaning during the stay, which must be added at least once every two weeks at the rate of $250 per cleaning.
