In winter, snowmobile enthusiasts can take advantage of the lake trail (Trail 33), ice skating at the village or ski slopes located 15 minutes away.

LAKE ACHIGAN

Lake Achigan is the largest navigable lake near Montreal (50-60min). Ideal for windsurfing, sailing, motor boating, wake boarding, water-skiing, fishing, etc.

There are a lot of fish right at the end of the wharf.

Around the lake, there is also Camp Bruchési which offers a day camp program.

Located 20 minutes from all the surrounding tourist municipalities (Saint-Sauveur, Sainte-Adèle, Sainte-Marguerite, Chersey and Saint-Jérôme).

The village of Saint-Hippolyte is located less than 10 minutes from the house where you will find a grocery store, SAQ, gas station, bakery, hairdresser, pizzeria, Caisse Desjardins, medical clinic and pharmacy.

THE PROPERTY

This charming three-storey wooden house is filled with character. Large (3600 square feet), warm and comfortable, you can enjoy a good fire at cooler evenings.

If you like to enjoy the sun, you just have to go down through the small forest to reach a beach, a concrete dock or a natural rock platform that offers a panoramic and breathtaking view of the lake. You have access to three different swimming areas.

The land (50 000sqf) being located on a point, you will enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The tip is a perfect place to take a drink quietly enjoying the sun or watch the stars on a beautiful summer night.

- House must be given back in same condition.

- Rent for 31 days minimum according to the law of the municipality of Saint-Hippolyte which prohibits short term rentals.

Available for long-term or annual rental (12 months and more) from November 7th, 2025, at a rate of $5,000 per month plus house expenses (hydro, internet, etc).

Available for the summer season of 2026 for the following months: April, May, June, July, August, September, October.

Options:

$35,000 for 4 months (example: June-July-August-September or July-August-September-October)
For the peak summer season from June 21, 2026, to August 30, 2026, a rate of $4,000 per week for a minimum of 4 weeks (32 days minimum).

Available for the winter of 2025-2026 for the following months: November, December, January, February, March.

Options:

$20,000 for 4 months (example: December-January-February-March)
For the holiday season of 2024-2025 from December 20, 2024, to January 24, 2025, a rate of $2,800 per week for a minimum of 4 weeks (32 days minimum).
