The chalet can accommodate up to 9 people since it contains 4 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 1 single, 2 single bunk beds), 2 living rooms (1 sofa bed in the basement), 2 full bathrooms, a large intimate courtyard with electric BBQ, pergola and outdoor fireplace, a large mud room style entrance, five parking spaces are also available. All appliances are new, dishwasher, central vacuum, 2 smart TVs, high speed internet, teleworking desk, towels and sheets are included. Air conditioning. Indoor fireplace in the living room and outdoor fireplace in the courtyard, including firewood.

A security deposit of $1000 is required the day before taking possession of the chalet, by Interac transfer. This amount will be returned to the tenant within 7 days following their departure, after checking the condition of the chalet and its contents.
Departure cleaning fee: $150
Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside and pets are not accepted.
Cancelation:
If canceled more than 30 days before arrival date: your deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of 4% of the total reservation.
In the event of cancellation with less than 30 days notice before the arrival date: the rental cost is fully applicable. No amount will be refunded.
