Beautiful three-bedroom all season lakefront cottage with panoramic views from a huge 24x15 ft deck right off the living room, which has a fireplace and satellite TV. The large 30x16ft dock on the water is surrounded by evergreens for privacy. The lake-water is very clean and there is no "sea-weed" around the dock. The cottage is 25 feet from the lake. The exterior deck has a gas BBQ, an outdoor fireplace and a patio set with chairs.The summer guests also enjoy the use of a canoe and a pedalo. Lifejackets are provided. There is also a private sandy beach that is located three minutes from the cottage. There is one large bathroom with a standup shower.The 3 bedrooms have the following sleeping facilities; one bedroom has a queen size bed, one bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has two bunk beds. There is also a Klik Klak in the family room that comfortably sleeps one person.We do provide pillows, bedcovers, sheets and towels.The kitchen is fully furnished with all the major appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster-oven, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. Pots and pans, plates, glasses and utensils are all provided. The family room is furnished with two beautiful leather couches, fireplace, TV, Bell ExpressVu satellite, and a DVD player.
Rates shown include your full stay for the cottage (not "per night" and not "per person"). Additional fee are applicable for groupe over 6 persons. Rates can be change at any time. Rates are including taxes (accomodation tax, TPS and TVQ).
The weekend of 2 evenings is from Friday to Sunday. The week of 7 evenings is from Friday to Friday in summer. Arrival is at 17:00 and departure is at 12:00.
A deposit of $ 400, used as a security deposit and reservation, is required and payable immediately to reserve. As soon as the security deposit is received, your booking confirmed.
The security and reservation deposit of $ 400 will be returned to you within 7 days after your departure if there is no damage and you have left the chalet clean.
The price of your stay is payable in full 7 days before your arrival (This excludes the payment of your deposit of $ 400).
In the event of a cancellation of your reservation within 21 days before your stay, your deposit will not be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation of your reservation within 7 days before your stay, the price of your stay will not be refunded.
