Reservation deposit

A reservation deposit representing 50% of the total rental amount will be required at the time of booking. In addition, before your arrival you will have to pay the amount of your stay.

A security deposit of $500 is required. The deposit will be returned once the premises have been verified .

Non smokers

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any damage caused by the use of tobacco or cannabis inside the property will be at the renter's expense. Therefore, this non-respected regulation could lead to the loss of your deposit. However, smoking is permitted outside the chalet.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 30 days or more before your arrival , the deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival , you lose your deposit.

• Children are welcome. However, parents are fully responsible for the safety of their children.
• In order to ensure the tranquility of area residents, it is forbidden to make noise after 10 p.m.
