Security deposit required 7 days before the reservation date (will be returned to you within 7 days of the rental end date after the chalet inspection ($400.00)
Refund policy in case of cancellation by you, the 25% deposit is refundable in full (30 days before the rental date)
(30 days and more) a full refund will be made if we were able to re-rent the period at the same dates and same price, which was initially rented (otherwise we will keep the difference or full payment)
(30 days and less) no refund
If we have not been able to re-let the period initially reserved, the stay is payable in full
