Taxes included

  1. Arrival time is 4:00 PM, and departure time is 12:00 PM. The tenant undertakes to occupy the chalet during this period.
  2. Payment: Payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card. An initial payment of 25% will be collected at the time of booking. This first payment will block the reservation dates for the tenant. The second payment of 75% will be due to the owner no later than the day before the first day of property rental. If the payments are not received on time, the dates will be released, and the chalet will be available for rent again.
  3. Security deposit: The tenant must provide a security deposit of $800 before receiving the keys. This deposit covers potential damages or non-compliance with property regulations. After inspecting the chalet, the owner reserves the right to withhold a portion or the entirety of this deposit based on observed damages or non-compliance with noise and cleanliness regulations. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the rental ends, subject to the chalet's condition and the completeness of the inventory conducted by the owner upon the tenant's departure.
  4. Use of the Chalet:
    • Number of occupants: The chalet is rented for a maximum of 8 people. The prices quoted are based on an occupancy of 6 adults. A fee of $35 per additional adult per night will be charged. 
    • Pets: We love dogs and understand how challenging it can be to find dog-friendly accommodations. Dogs are welcome at Chalet L'ENCANTO (maximum of 2 dogs). 
    • Parties and music are prohibited outside the chalet.
    • No smoking policy: Smoking inside the chalet is strictly prohibited.
