Exceptional location in the heart of the village and next to the aerobic corridor (cross-country skiing, cycling, walking, jogging). Sommet Morin-Heights(skiing) at 3 minutes by car. Sommet Saint-Sauveur at 10 minutes(skiing-water park)
Many activities in the area and they are located within walking distance ; Yoga, spa, restaurant, café, boutique, grocery stores, pharmacy, SAQ, post office, library, dog park and other parks (Lummis Park, Basler Park and Aerobic Corridor Park). In summer; Friday Farmer's Market, SuperFolk Festival (August 18-20) and other cultural offerings.
Many offers of activities within 10 minutes by car ; skiing and zip line at Sommet Morin-Heights (3 min.), water park and skiing at Sommet Saint-Sauveur (10 min.). Shops, restaurants, festivals and religious events in Saint-Sauveur (8 min.). Tubing and sugar shack in Piedmont (12 min.). Many other activities to discover!

No refund for cancellation. The 1st month payable at the signing of the rental contract and the following months are payable on the 1st of the month.
The keys will be given to the tenants on the 1st day of the rental contract (with prior agreement with the tenant). Mandatory visit before rental. Pets are allowed with conditions (cleaning fees 300$ per animal).
1000$ deposit required for each rental. This deposit will be refunded within 10 working days if the premises are returnes in the same condition as when the keys were received the first day of the contract. If the premises are dirty or domage is found, a partial or total amount of the deposit will be retained from the tenant deposit depending on the level of dirt and the damage. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit an assessment of the damage will be made and the repair of the damage will be charged to the tenant registered in the contract. 250$ will be retained from de deposit if the space is not clean.
The rental contract includes 2 appendix. An appendix for the inventory of the premises and an appendix for the rental rules of the chalets and the prohibited use of the premises.
Non-smoking interior area. No pornographic or television filming is allowed. No illegal activities no illicit cultivation is allowed.
Firearms must be legally registerd secure and properly stored.
Storage of explosive substances such as fireworks are not permitted.
The tenant must leave the premises no later than 3 p.m. on the last day of the rental agreement.
