Kitchen with Gas Stove, Wine Cellar, Nespresso Machine, Raclette Machine and Toaster.
The main bedroom is on the ground floor with a large walk-in connecting the bathroom with shower and stand alone tub. The two guest rooms are at the lake level (basement) as well as the second bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. The main room on the lake level is a dedicated TV room with a large 65'' TV + home theater as well as the second gas fireplace.
Modern residence with Central Vacuum, Air Exchanger, Alarm System, High Speed Internet, Home Theatre...and much more. 3 Season Veranda overlooking the Lake with couches and breakfast table and mini fridge.
2 Kayaks, Pedalo, Row Boat & Canoe
Crown land surrounds the Lac over tenth of kilometers and gives it a unique and peaceful atmosphere.
