Upon agreement of rental, the initial deposit of 50% is due in order to guarantee the reservation. Deposit is to be made via Interac e-Transfer to the Cottage Owner. The final deposit which includes a damage deposit, is due 28 days prior to checking in and should also be sent via Interac e-Transfer to the Cottage Owner.
Please ensure that the final deposit is completed and received by the Cottage Owner prior to or on the due date indicated above. In order for us to keep current records, please copy and paste the email transfer receipt and email to nancy.desantis24@gmail.com once completed.
