Ideal for a weekend with friends, family reunion, birthays, weding, retreat, buisness, reception and lot more. The cottage is on a mountainside with a large terrace of 70 ', a private balcony for the spa (8 places) and panoramic views day and night on crown lands.
Includes 1 living area with TV, 2 wood stoves, one large fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room with a table for 20-30 peoples, a bedroom on the first and the others are upstairs with 3 full bathrooms and two shower room. In addition, bedding and towels are included.

* A deposit of 50% of the rental cost will be required when booking and is payable by credit card or money order.

In the event of cancellation 90 days before the date the deposit is non-refundable .

* the cleaning fee is 125$, ( not included the kitchen ,dishwashes and get out your garbage )
*A cleaning fee of 100$ to 2000$ will be charge if the cottage is in a mess. Only the laundry of the towels and bedding is included in the price of the cottage.
*no musique or loud noise accepted, the party not accept, we ask to respect the neighbor all the day.
* A security deposit of $ 2000 is required for damage upon arrival and will be refunded within 5 to 10 days of your departure.
