Beautiful mini-cottage located in Brownsburg-Chatham! This little corner of paradise, nestled in the heart of the Laurentians, is a well-kept secret, surrounded by forest and breathtaking landscapes.
Summer and winter, the region is full of outdoor activities:
-Hotel Lac Carling, access to the lake 2 minutes from the chalet : Fishing, massage, basketball, badminton, racquetball, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, skating, sliding, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoes, etc. (Check rates on hotel website $$)
-Swimming and watercraft rental, access to the beach at the municipal campsite and the Marina ($$), 25 minutes from the chalet

To reserve, make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be taken from your card when booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of your arrival.
/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days from the occupancy date is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, i.e. 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.
In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival. arrived on your credit card.
