Our new cottage is modern, very friendly and located directly on Lake Beaudoin, 1h15 from Montreal, in Ste-Emélie-de-L'Energie. With its generous fenestration and cathedral roof, it will offer you a panoramic view of the lake every season! Its radiant heated floors on both floors will maximize your comfort.
Designed to accommodate families and friends (6 adults max), the Chalet offers on the ground floor two large main bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The common areas are large and equipped with a kitchen with island, flat screen TV, bluetooth sound bar, slow-burning wood fireplace, large dining table as well as a convenient walk-in closet.
On the garden level you will find a 24 'by 30' game room with a patio door, a sectional sofa, a family bedroom and a bathroom with washer-dryer. The billiards and Mississippi table are ready for your friendly tournaments! There is also a second TV with DVD player to entertain the children and board games.
Outside, you have a spa for 6 people to enhance your evening and relax. We have a huge terrace on the second floor with a dining area, a patio table for 10 people under a canopy, a propane BBQ and a lounge conversation area. The private dock will facilitate access to the lake for swimming, kayaking or pedal boating (4 safety vests for adults + 3 for children). In the evening make a campfire and admire hundreds of stars!

Minimum Prices are based on 8 people (6 adults+ kids). Fees of $ 50 per additional person on weekends and 100$ a week. 4 nights minimum to book on weekdays in low season, 2 nights on weekends and long holidays 3 nights starting price at $ 1600$. High season 7 nights friday to friday
A 50% Reservation Deposit is requested by Interac Transfer to secure the rental and is not refundable. The Balance of Payment and Security Deposit of $ 300 are payable 2 weeks prior to your arrival. The Deposit will be given to you one week after your departure if you leave the chalet clean, without breakage or damage.
You must be 25 years old to rent the Chalet and sign the rental agreement. Proof of identity is required.
The peace of the place must be observed at all times (no party) and we ask to respect the curfew of 11 pm for the neighbors. We will not hesitate to retain a portion of the security deposit in case of excessive noises or complaints from neighbors and friends.
Arrival and departure times are usually 4h30 pm and noon. If the calendar allows, we can offer you a late check-out for a small fee of 75$
It is forbidden to smoke inside and bring animals.
