At Chalet Synergie , you will find a place in the heart of nature that will allow you to enjoy the great outdoors and all its charms. You will see that this cottage is up to your expectations in terms of relaxation and where the words peace, tranquility and well-being take on their full meaning.

A private sandy beach, shared with three other cottages, awaits you on the edge of the river that runs along the property. Take the path leading to the river and you will be there in just 2 minutes. The water's edge is shallow and access is gradual, on a gentle slope, which is ideal for young families. Forest walks are possible in all seasons on the many trails on the property. Bring your dog with you, he will be able to expend energy and, as long as he is kept on a leash, he will also enjoy nature. For the adventurous, enjoy kayaking and travel the Black River between the towns of Ste-Émélie and St-Jean-de-Matha.

End your days around a good outdoor campfire while enjoying the swing at your disposal, or relax in the 4-season spa sheltered from the elements, on the closed gallery with mosquito net. A patio set is also there, where you can enjoy your meals, surrounded by nature.

Please note that in the spring, our beautiful river swells in places and our land suffers the effects of the overflow. We want to reassure you, the residence is sheltered and you will be able to enjoy your stay without worry. The only important thing not to forget: your water boots.

Our rates may vary depending on the number of people. The maximum capacity must be respected at all times, inside and outside, for dinner or sleeping. Therefore, all people arriving at the chalet must be indicated in the contract. Our rates may also vary from one season to another and are subject to change without notice.

To book please make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be charged to your card upon booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and charged on the day of your arrival.

/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days before the date of occupancy is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, i.e. 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.

In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This deposit will be returned to you after your departure if the chalet was left in good condition.
