Taxes extra

Cancellation policy:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% are due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund up to 60 days before date of arrival. The 50% deposit is held for cancellation between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival. If canceled within 29 days, the total amount will be taken from the credit card.

If the entire chalet or cottage is rented, a security deposit of $ 750 is required. This deposit is payable upon arrival and will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out.

Arrival and departure times:

Arrival time: 5 P.M.

Departure time: 11 A.M.

Please go to the reception of Auberge du Lac Taureau upon arrival to pick up the keys of the chalet. If you plan to arrive later than 10 P.M., please let us know.

The day of arrival before having access to the chalet, or the day of departure after leaving the chalet, you still have access to the site with your resort fees.

Housekeeping:

Upon arrival you will find all towels and bedding necessary. There is no housekeeping during your stay. If you would like to have housekeeping, it is possible at a cost of 100$. Please advise front desk before 1 P.M. the day before.

Resort fees:

A mandatory fee of 5$ per person par night is to be paid upon arrival at the reception of Auberge du Lac Taureau. This fee includes access to: (depending on the season

• Playground
• Volleyball court
• Iron games, pétanque, pebble games
• Water bikes, 2 place canoe, single and double kayak
• Ice skates, cross-country skis and snowshoes
• Hiking trails
• Indoor and outdoor pool, both salt based
• Whirlpools and sauna
• Parking
• Wi-Fi

To put a boat in the water the cost is 16$. Quai rental is 16$ per night, please make reservations in advance.
