IMPORTANT: Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is enforced, and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no parties!). Exceeding the maximum number of guests (12) will result in automatic expulsion of the group without any compensation. Please note that it's important to keep the noise down and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We will not hesitate to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.
