Located a few steps from Mont Val St-Côme and its ski resort, this cozy chalet will become one of your favorite places!
Easy to access and surrounded by a wooded area, you will be charmed by this calm and peaceful place, allowing you to relax with family or friends. Indoor and outdoor fireplace, spa, deck chair, covered terrace... You will be pampered!
Are you more of an active type? No problem, we are located just a few minutes from Mont Val St-Côme allowing skiing, snowboarding, slope school and mountain biking. You will also find numerous mountain bike trails, Ski-doo and hiking trails nearby. Don't hesitate to take a trip to the Canot-Volant, where you can rent and go down the river in a kayak, canoe and paddle board!

Two closed bedrooms, 7ft wide shower with double plumbing.
Heated floor for better comfort, air conditioning in summer.
Sufficient space to install a queen bed or two inflatable single beds in the living room.
Pets allowed: small to medium sized dog (18 kg/40 lbs max) accepted. Cat accepted
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSOR TO DECLARATION THE BRINGING OF A CAT OR A DOG INTO THE ACCOMMODATION.
- Conditions apply regarding animals - any breakage or furniture damaged by them will be charged to the tenant. We ask you to clean the excess hair in the chalet, or you will be charged extra for cleaning (this extra is calculated according to the additional time that cleaning required compared to ordinary cleaning). You must pick up your animals' excrement, even outside. If exterior maintenance must be carried out following non-compliance with these regulations, you will be charged an extra fee. Please note that the earthworks are not finished, in the event of rain the surroundings will be very muddy. Clean your pet thoroughly when returning indoors. Animals with claws are not tolerated on the kitchen sofas and benches. They are made of genuine leather and you will be responsible for any breakage. For the health and safety of your animals, it is prohibited to bring them into the spa. Thank you for your understanding.

No minors (under 18 years old) accepted except in the presence of one of their parents.
Arrival: 4:00 p.m.
Departure: 11:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. or depending on current availability.
**Cleaning fees included**
Fee of $25.00 / night per animal if present.
Payments and security deposit are made as follows: Interac e-Transfer Photo of driving license (in full) and or valid passport with photo (required, otherwise we will refuse the rental).
Only a signature of the contract and a deposit will confirm your reservation. 30% deposit payable on reservation (30 days or more). Full payment (100%, 30 days and less).
For periods between July 1 and September 5, we require a reservation deposit of 50% of the total amount.
A security deposit is required 7 days before the reservation date and will be returned to you within 7 days of the rental end date after the chalet inspection ($1500.00).
Refund Policy:
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival results in loss of 10% of the amount.
A cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival results in the loss of 30% of the amount paid.
30 days and less: no refund. A full refund will be made (100% of the total cost of the stay), if we have been able to re-rent the period at the same dates and same price, which was initially rented.
