Summary
With its Scandinavian style, refined and comfortable, Le JEM is located near the village of Saint-Côme. It is less than 10 minutes from the Val-Saint-Côme ski resort. It is also located in a region offering several activities throughout the year. Its large windows offer you a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire region, its outdoor space creates the dream place to recharge your batteries with friends or family. In the morning you will feel above the clouds.
The chalet offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a bathroom. The dormitory-style room also offers a second living room where there is a television, armchairs and a work desk.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a ski rack located in the laundry room.
The living room and the superb kitchen are found in a large room, with its impressively high ceiling, will give you the taste and the opportunity to make good meals with family and friends. The wood-burning fireplace, located in the living room, will warm you on cold winter evenings.
From November to April, it is recommended to have a vehicle with four-wheel drive and good winter tires to get to the chalet. ***We are not responsible for any towing charges or fees incurred.***
To the prices, we must add cleaning fees ($200) as well as taxes: GST (5%), QST (9.975%) and accommodation tax (3.5%). You must pay half of the invoice amount on the day of booking and the other half 30 days before booking.
There is also a security deposit of $500 to pay. The security deposit of $500, refundable after the maintenance team has passed. It must be paid 7 days before your arrival.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge 31 days before your arrival, between 30 and 14 days before your arrival, 50% refundable and 14 days or less non-refundable.
If you have animals, the fee is $50 per animal, for a maximum of two animals.
Following your reservation, a complete guide will be sent to you with the chalet regulations. You must confirm to us that you have received and understood it.
