IMPORTANT MESSAGE - This chamet is everything but not Party friendly. Municipality of Saint-Come imposes a fine of $ 1000 if there is a noise complaint after 10:30 pm. As well as $ 1000 if a rental chalet has more than 8 adults inside and outside. A complete eviction from the premises will be carried out immediately if any of these issues arise. Destiny is located in a quiet resort location. Be aware that noise travels a lot on the lake. Music should only be played on a cell phone outside and window closed inside.
-The primary landlord must be 21 or over
-The chalet and the land cannot be occupied by more people than the one registered in the reservation. No daily visitor is allowed. Unless given permission following a request.
-Noisy festivities (party) are strictly prohibited at the chalet and calm outside is mandatory from 22pm to 8am
