Reservations are not permitted to groups whose average age is 30 years old.
CANCELLATION: In the event that the cottage is destroyed, sold or is not in condition to be rented for reasons of force majeure or beyond the control of the owners, any contract or agreement will be canceled and the amounts will be refunded.
To make a reservation, an initial amount of 50% of total rental amount will be required for bookings more than 30 days in advanced, 100% is payable for bookings within 30 days. Your reservation will be valid only after we receive the payment and acceptance of the lease.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A five hundred dollar security deposit ($500) will be required for rental.
