1st payment: 31 days before the stay. 50% of the amount.
2nd payment: 15 days before the stay. the rest of the amount.
A Refundable security deposit of $1000 must be made 48 hours before your arrival and returned 5 working days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before the stay: free of charge.
Between the 29th and 15th days before the stay: 50% of the reservation amount
14 days or less before the stay: No refund
