This superb contemporary chalet is located in the Lac à May sector in Entrelacs, 1h15 from Montreal. It is built directly by the lake without an engine 40 feet deep. You will access it by a private road which leads you to the heart of the forest, just 5 minutes from the village of Entrelacs and all its amenities.

Located on a large flat lot with an area of over 70,000 sq. Ft., The chalet itself, completely new and urban style, has generous windows letting in lots of natural light.

On the ground floor, the entrance with cloakroom opens onto the spacious dining room which can accommodate 6 people. A large patio door leads you to the three season veranda, superbly appointed with corner sofas, lounge chairs and a barbecue area (propane gas, which operates all year round).

The very modern kitchen with island includes dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, baby high chair and enough crockery for 12 people. For lovers of natural sources: our drinking water comes from the well, and it is particularly delicious! On the same level, you have a modern design full bathroom with bathtub and "rain shower", and a beautiful closed bedroom with queen bed and large window overlooking the lake.

The garden level also opens on the lake side with a wooden terrace giving access to the spa and includes a large living room with a large sofa bed and two closed bedrooms with queen beds. 4x4 or AWD automobile vehicle with good snow and ice tires strongly recommended for the winter season (November 1 to April 15).

Small compact cars like the Nissan Versa, Toyota Yaris or other compact city cars will not be able to ride in winter and sometimes even in the middle of summer. You can park at the bottom of the slope and go up on foot. Plan sleds to take your luggage. We will not be responsible if you do not take our recommendations into account. Provide traction aids, sands, salts and other gadgets for winter driving. We do not have any equipment to pull your car if it is stuck in snow.

2. The main roads to the chalet are paved, but the side roads are gravel, so if you have a luxury or low-rise vehicle rocks can scratch your car.

7. The Spa is available 12 months of the year.
*** Please take note not to leave the spa cover open if you are not using it, the reason is that the water evaporates much faster and there is a high risk of the water heater breaking or of the complete unit.

*** Please note that if we consider that the spa water needs to be changed due to abuse of use and non-compliance with regulations, additional charges of up to $ 250 may apply.

8. No noise outside after 9pm. The deposit will be kept if we receive a complaint from a neighbor and it is justified.

9. Any additional tenant not declared before arrival will be charged a fee of $ 50 per night even if the total number of people does not exceed 6.

10. Camping wood is unfortunately not provided.

11. Propane gas for BBQ is not provided between November 1th until May 1th

12. Satisfaction policy:
Any problem or dissatisfaction during the stay must be declared to the host before your departure so that we can correct the situation or offer compensation if this is justified. No compensation will be offered if you express a complaint after leaving the premises.
